This two-day training program is designed for people who are looking to up-skill to an internal auditor role or to gain more experience in undertaking internal audits for ISO 9001:2015 certification.
This course is designed to be delivered on-site, or over Teams or Zoom. Using a combination of ‘live broadcast’ video training, one-to-one mentoring, and the completion of a practical onsite ISO9001 internal audit.
In the course, you will learn the essential details and skills needed to conduct internal audits. It will provide you with the knowledge and understanding you will need to remain compliant against the requirements of your quality management system.

If delivered online, delegates will receive a Team's invite from the course tutor to answer any questions and to provide the resource files required for the course.
The course will be delivered over two days with a scheduled follow-up call to offer feedback and guidance on the results of the submitted audit report.
Day 1. Delegates are taken through a deep dive into the ISO clauses and requirements.
Day 2. Delegates will conduct a live audit in their workplace environment (practical application)
The delegate will then be asked to present findings to their course coach who will offer feedback and advice.
Post-course support will also be offered to help delegates take back to the workplace their new skills.
